Art Therapy

Art therapy
Is the expression of repressed feelings and the release of the unconscious by using artistic tools to express ideas with symbols and meanings that emerge from the client without realizing it
Art therapy relies on the theory of psychoanalysis in understanding feelings of anxiety, guilt, repression, monotheism and other repressed feelings and venting these internal conflicts in a visual form

Art therapy aims to:
  • Help individuals who face emotional
  • psychological challenges to achieve personal inner peace and improve levels of functional performance.

It aims to help people express their thoughts, feelings, experiences that are difficult to talk about, and the problems and challenges they face.

Research has also shown that art therapy improves communication and concentration, reduces feelings of isolation, and leads to self-esteem and self-confidence.
